Skills and qualifications:

• Translate concepts into wireframes/mockups, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
• Make strategic design and UX decisions related to core existing and new functions and features
• Take user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Producing layouts, user interface elements, design specifications and documentation as per needs
• Work in constant collaboration with product managers and engineers to crystalize customer problems and define designs with better UX.
• Evaluate existing application user interface design and propose usability improvements.
• Obsess over the details of interaction and interface design
• Extensive hands-on experience in UI design and development using different tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Experience Design, Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and responsive UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation etc.
• Solving different UI challenges like browser compatibilities issues etc.
• Exceptional knowledge in industry led standards of usability, consistency and clarity in UI design across multiple platforms such as desktops, smart phones and tablets.
• Closely work & collaborate with the backend developers to push the limits of existing UI technology and create the best possible UX.
• Collaborate and work with onshore and offshore teams to assist in design and user experience of multiple projects
• Work with cross-functional peers to define, validate, and prioritize core use cases
• Ability to generate multiple prototypes for the same design
• Learn & adopt new frameworks.
